01. Is there an age limit ?

There is none ! We accept baby carriages, cosy etc… It is also possible to change the babies’ nappies on board. The catamaran has a shower, a restroom and all the necessary equipment.

02. When should I arrive to be on time ?

30 minutes before the departure to pick up your tickets from our ticket office in Boyardville, or if you already have your tickets, 10 minutes before the departure.

03. Is the boat adapted for people with reduced mobility ?

Yes, it is! Ile ou Aile has a large cockpit so the wheel chairs can be taken on board. We just ask you to inform us when you make a reservation so that we can tell you the best schedule for a comfortable boarding taking into consideration the tides.

04. What should I take on board ?

According to the weather : sunscreen, a bottle of water, sun glasses. The windproofs are at your disposal but you can come with yours. You can also take some food.

05. Do you accept animals ?

Yes, we do ! It’s enough to inform us in advance, so you’ll be taken on board in the optimum conditions.

06. Cancelation as a result of unexpected circumstances

The golden rule: prevent us as soon as possible before the departure at +336 62 53 60 52. We will try to postpone your reservation.

07. Am I covered on boat ?

Yes, You are! Insurance is included into the fare.
